This website is one of the first big projects from your 2026 board, and it’s been built with one goal in mind: make it easier to stay connected to your community.

Why a Website?

For years, Gartelmill has relied on word of mouth, the occasional mailing, and the kind of neighborly conversation you have at the mailbox. Those things still matter — and always will — but our community deserves more.

A homeowner shouldn’t have to wonder when the next board meeting is, where to find the CC&Rs, or who to contact about a question. With nearly 90 homes in Gartelmill and a new board committed to transparency, we needed a central place where information lives, updates flow, and homeowners can find what they need on their own schedule.

That’s what this website is. A home base for the Gartelmill community.
