2026 Timeline
🌸 Spring
- Spring Yard Sale – Saturday, May 30, 2026 A neighborhood-wide yard sale. Clear out the garage, find a treasure two doors down.

- Community Cookout / Potluck / Block Party / Happy Hour – Date TBA A summer gathering, format still to be decided. Tell us what sounds most fun.
- Q2 Board Meeting – Tuesday, June 16, 2026 · 6:30 PM Quarterly board meeting. All homeowners welcome.
🍂 Fall
- Q3 Board Meeting – Tuesday, September 15, 2026 · 6:30 PM Quarterly board meeting. All homeowners welcome.
- Dumpster Day – Date TBA The annual community cleanup returns. Bulk trash, old furniture, yard debris — all welcome.
- Trunk or Treat – Saturday, October 31, 2026 · ~6:00 PM A fall favorite for the kids. Decorate your trunk, hand out candy, meet the neighbors.

- Q4 Board Meeting – Tuesday, December 15, 2026 · 6:30 PM Closing out the year, looking ahead to 2027.
🌱 Looking Ahead to 2027
- Q1 Annual Meeting & Elections – Tuesday, March 16, 2027 · 6:30 PM Our most important meeting of the year – elections, annual priorities, and community input. Required by bylaws.
