2026 Board Meeting Schedule

2026 Board Meeting Schedule

One of the first commitments your new board made was to bring more transparency and predictability to how we govern the community. A big part of that is letting you know – well in advance – when we meet, so you can plan to join us, share your thoughts, and stay connected to what’s happening in Gartelmill.

We’re glad to share our official 2026 board meeting schedule below.

What to Expect

Our quarterly meetings are the board’s main opportunity to review the work of the association, make decisions on behalf of the community, and hear directly from neighbors. A typical meeting covers:

  • Treasurer’s report and budget updates
  • Community events and initiatives
  • Open discussion and homeowner input

The March Annual Meeting is a little different — it’s when elections are held and the year’s priorities are set. We strongly encourage every homeowner to attend.

Have Something You’d Like Discussed?

If there’s a topic you’d like the board to consider at an upcoming meeting, we want to hear from you. Reach out anytime — agendas are set roughly two weeks before each meeting.

Stay in the Loop

Meeting reminders, agendas, and minutes will be posted here on the website and shared on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Watch for The Mill in your inbox and mailbox for community updates between meetings.

We’re looking forward to a great year — and to seeing more of you at the table.

Your 2026 Board

The Gartelmill HOA Board is made up of neighbors — homeowners who live on the same streets you do, walk the same sidewalks, and care about the same community. We’re volunteers, not professionals, and we serve because we believe Gartelmill is worth investing in.

This year’s board brings together returning experience and fresh perspective, with a shared commitment to transparency, communication, and approachable leadership. Whether you have a question, an idea, or just want to say hello — we want to hear from you.
